What to do to complete your return request?
Please note: You must choose and pay for your own courier service. We do not provide pickup.
1. Start your return
Fill in all required fields below and select the option that best suits your return request.
2. ATTACH RETURN LABEL
Download the Return Form, fill it out with your details, and place it inside your package.
3. Choose and book your own courier
Book your express courier using the details on the return label and follow the instructions in your return form. You are responsible for selecting and paying for the courier service that will ship the return to us.
4. SHIP THE PACKAGE
Hand the package to the courier you have booked, or deliver it to a collection point offered by the courier you selected.
5. TRACK YOUR RETURN
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
