Shipping:

Please note that all orders are subject to verifications - in particular the billing and shipping addresses and the means of payment. Italian Flag S.r.l. reserves all rights to request additional identification information, if necessary.
Such verifications can extend the delivery time for up to two (2) additional business days.
Deliveries are made by a single carrier, GLS or UPS, and for security reasons the recipient’s signature is required. 
The delivery time in main cities is in business days, excluding week-ends and bank holidays. Longer delivery times may occur depending on certain areas.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 16.

Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Express orders that are placed on Thursday afternoon are going to be processed and sent out on Friday. Since UPS/GLS are not working during the weekend, these orders will generally reach you after the weekend.

Please be also aware that even orders within Italy that are placed on Thursday afternoon will arrive at the delivery address after the weekend in general.

 

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

Europe: 1-5 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the UPS/GLS tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.

Other Countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside Europe orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day. The parcels have to pass customs before we can send them out. This usually takes around 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes more or less 10 days before the parcel gets to you.

Taxes and Duties:

All shipments outside European Union may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

In the event that the customer decides to refuse a shipment or payment of any duties and taxes and the product returns to the sender, handling fees may be applied to the total return of the purchase.
