The leather color nuances are not a manufacturing defect; they are simply a guarantee of uniqueness.

To clean your shoes we recommend to use a simple wipe and water. Dry them naturally, avoid machine washing to preserve their unique look and materials.

Italian Flag S.r.l. strongly recommends that our customers consult a professional in leather care or a shoemaker for specific care advice.

In order to keep your shoes in good condition, the following general leather care is recommended:

- Keep the leather area clean and dry using a dry soft cloth;
- Always store your products away from light and heat;
- Protect your leather good from rain and moisture;
- Store your products in the Hide&Jack dust bag provided;
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.

Europe: 1-5 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the shipping tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.


Other Countries: 3 to 8 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside Europe orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day. The parcels have to pass customs before we can send them out. This usually takes around 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes more or less 
10 days before the parcel gets to you.
